Florida declares emergency after tornadoes slam Panhandle

Around two dozen counties in Florida remain under a tornado watch Tuesday January 9, 2024 after at least four twisters tore through the Florida Panhandle. CBS News national correspondent Dave Malkoff has the latest on the storm damage from Panama City, Florida.
