This sworn statement and known facts by myself Stew Webb a
Nationally known Federal Whistleblower of 27 years this affidavit pertains to a
Vehicle Accident on October 25 20101 at approximately 1-2pm on
Missouri Hwy 71 south bound 2 blocks south of Blue Ridge Cutoff in Grandview,
Missouri.
As of this date a
Police report # 10-5206 has not been completed and the Grandview Police have
not taken a statement from myself Stew Webb. Police
Officer Sharp and his boss Sgt Ellis
refuses to return my calls after leaving messages with the non-emergency
Dispatcher Tracy Saturday October 30, 2010.
I also have
contacted the Grandview Police Department Records Unit numerous times between Oct 27, 2010 from the Trauma Unit to date for a copy of the Police report.
On Tuesday November 9, 2010 the Police
records Clerk connected me to Sgt Pruett traffic division who stated the first
4 pages of 7 were missing and he would contact Police Patrol Officer Sharp and
find out where the report is. I finally
got a call back later in the week in which Sgt Pruett first thing ask me for my
Insurance Carrier of which I gave him then I asked when was I going to add my
statement as a driver involved in the accident he stated the report was
complete I, asked who is at fault he stated you are based on witnesses
(Division #5 second and third car tails. These stalkers run in 2 and 3 cars to
keep up with me. I catch them then they become worthless.)
I told Sgt Pruett If one acts a
co-conspirator knowingly or not they can be charged if they Obstructed Justice
and that I would bring Felonie charges in court
against any one Involved which is the Driver #1 and
any false witnesses (FBI # 5 Backup Stooges who appear in the report.) Sgt
ended the call by hanging up.
As of Friday November 12, according to
the Police records Clerk I, Stew Webb was the only person who could obtain a
copy of the report after a friend said he would drive out there and get the
report, the clerk keep pushing that I must come in person.
I contact an attorney who request a
copy on Monday November 15, 2010.

I was in the Research Hospital Emergency Room Trauma Unite for
2days and could not get off my back for a day and a half.
I thank those in the Grandview Police,
Fire Department-Ambulance who cut me out of my 1 ton long Dodge Van, Research
Hospital Emergency Room, Trauma Unit, and my follow up care those Doctors and
Nurses and others who I will not name who kept me alive, you will not be
forgotten.
I received Multiple
stitches to two separate sides of the face with 5 fractured vertebras in the
neck. My spine from the neck to the tail bone is totally out of place wrenched
smashed with massive pain.
My Vehicle is totally destroyed my
insurance carrier would not insure damage to my vehicle because it was a 1991
Dodge 12 passenger stretch van to old to give full
coverage. So Driver #1 Assassins Insurance Company must pay for my Vehicle to
date Monday November 9, 2010 17 days after the accident the Grandview Police
have not generated a Report to identify the Assassins Insurance Carrier WHY?
To this date I cannot find who the Driver Number 1 insurance
company is to put in a claim to replace my vehicle.
And pay the thousands of dollars in
medical care

new witness confirms the WTC power down on the weekend before 9/11.
Gary Corbett is a former employee of
Fiduciary Trust Company International, a bank that occupied the 90th and the
94th to 97th floors of World Trade Center Two (the South Tower) and which lost
96 employees during the September 11 attacks. Corbett, who worked on the 97th
floor, says there was a ‘power down’ on the week-end prior to September 11 for
