Open letter from the Cloud Centric Crime Scene Investigators of Abel Danger

Dear General Kelly:
Please accept Brief 245 from Field McConnell – United States Marine Corps whistle-blower and Global Operations Director of Abel Danger (AD) – on the late Victor Rothschild’s colleagues at Serco‘s investment banker N M Rothschild & Sons Ltd. who apparently sent Nicholas (“Nick”) Soames, one of Winston Churchill’s grandsons, to Washington in 1976 to videotape charter members of the U.S. Senior Executive Service (SES), including Field McConnell’s sister Kristine Marcy, at Mendenhall’s Baby, hazing or sexually-deviant oath rituals where SES insiders were later blackmailed into outsourcing key government departments in the Five Eyes countries such as the U.K. Ministry of Defence 1 (MD1), also known as “Churchill’s Toyshop” – a British weapon research and development organisation of WWII – and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and distributing payments to hit teams and crisis actors over various prisoner and media transport systems for fake news of assassinations or mass-casualty events.
McConnell claims that Nicholas Soames, a former Minister of State for the U.K. Armed Forces (1994-1997) and his brother Rupert Soames, Serco CEO, former executive in GEC’s avionics and computing divisions, and former CEO of the Misys Banking and Securities Division, hired SWAT teams through Serco‘s Prisoner Escorting and Court Services and Marcy’s Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System (JPATS – a.k.a. “ConAir”) to inject fake news (lies) of Princess Diana’s apparent assassination on August 31, 1997 in Paris and conceal Serco’s joint operation with SES insiders of an international, pedophile blackmail ring.
McConnell claims that the Soames Brothers have established an online Churchill’s Toyshop at the offices of Northern Trust, Serco‘s Alien Property Custodian in Chicago, where SES insiders can identify the patented submarine devices needed by ConAir SWAT teams to execute missions per examples below:
1. SES Conair’s Prisoner tracking and warning system and corresponding methods US6054928A with expert-system (i.e. including fuzzy logic, reinforcement learning, neural networks, artificial intelligence, etc.) algorithms – allegedly used to coordinate SWAT team murders of Princess Diana in Paris on August 31, 1997 and the Anthrax and Novichok attacks in America (2001) and the United Kingdom (2018);
2. Mysis International Banking Systems Limited (London, GB)’s System and method for leveraging location to enhance banking services US 9875478 – Allegedly used as a submarine patent by Rupert Soames to track payments to Marcy’s ConAir SWAT teams and ‘al-Qaeda’ or ‘Russian’ crisis actors for the Amerithrax and Novichok attacks and to warn patsies and crisis actors via social networking websites or via manual and/or automated check-in on such websites of what happens to prospective whistleblowers;
3. Howard Lutnick’s Real-time interactive wagering on event outcomes CA 2460367 A – allegedly used by one of Serco‘s CAI private equity investors, the late General Alexander Haig; the Greek Life associates of Bill Clinton (Phi Beta Kappa) and Wilbur Ross (Kappa Beta Phi; note his 25 years at N M Rothschild!) and, the recently-appointed Serco director Dr. Pamela Drew for body-count wagering on 9/11 through the federal bridge war rooms of Boeing Phantom Works in Boeing’s new Chicago HQ;
4. Evonik Degussa GmbH’s Pyrogenically produced silicon dioxide powder and dispersion thereof US7537833B2 – allegedly used as a calling card for attacks on Serco enemies by ConAir SWAT teams equipped with CBRNE – Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive materials;
5. Northwestern University’s Metal organic frameworks for the catalytic detoxification of chemical warfare nerve agents US20170128761A1 – allegedly used to conceal stocks of powdered Novichok nerve agent for the recent attack on Sergei Skripal, a retired Russian military intelligence colonel who spied for Britain;
6. QinetiQ North America Inc’s Social Engineering Protection Appliance US9123027B2 – allegedly used by the UK’s National Crime Squad (NCS); SES alumnus Robert Mueller as head of the Special Counsel investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 United States elections and Oliver ‘Buck’ Revell, former Marine Corps Captain and former SES-6 Director for FBI Criminal Investigative, Counter-Terrorism and Counter-Intelligence, to capture (steal) oath-taking images from Facebook and silence crisis actors and witnesses with video records of long-range ConAir assassinations and a Five Eyes pedophile ring.
McConnell reminds you that Buck Revell (warned by Serco’s Rothschild bankers?) is reported to have pulled his son and daughter-in-law off Pan Am Flight 103 just before takeoff from London’s Heathrow airport at 18:25 hours on 21 December 1988 (a few weeks after McConnell told his sister how to drone ConAir aircraft) and saved his family from a SMEAC* Unabomb event over Lockerbie, Scotland at 19:02:50 with a body count of 270 = 243 passengers + 16 crew + 11 people on the ground.
