vehicle was logged several times Stalking Stew Webb Prior to this so called
accident.
Note:
Damage to wheel from running down concrete Divider
And no Paint from Stew Webb’s Van on this
left quarter panel of this vehicle. Further Note left rear axle bent in at
bottom as a result of running down concrete barrier.
Note:
Damage to left rear behind tire of van were above vehicle SH6-C4P struck Stew
Webb as described in Stew Webb’s drawing and report of what occurred on October
25, 2010 dated December 13, 2010.
