NOW COMES, Plaintiff, Stewart Webb, pro se, and files this Motion for Authorization for Federal Grand Jury to Investigate, and in support therefore, would respectfully show the court the following:
Motion To Appear Before A Federal Grand Jury. Addition information is enclosed in this filing of High Crimes involving Murder, Treason, and Violations of the Barkley Cole Indenture Act. Treason, Sedition, Espionage Activities against The United States Of America.
Terrorist Acts by Defendant’s against The United States of America in violations of The Patriot Act. (Terrorism)
Criminal Stalking and Harassment, death threats of Whistleblowers, informants, including Plaintiff by some of the stated defendants in this filing. Plaintiff has learned through US Intelligence sources that an ongoing plot by George W. Bush to Murder Whistleblowers, Former Intelligence Officers/Federal Agents, Informants and any one who holds evidence of His or His Fathers George H. W. Bush's past and current illegal misdeeds against The United States of America, which includes
Plaintiff Stewart A. Webb, and
Plaintiffs witnesses Presidential Candidate Thomas Heneghan,
Former Vice President Albert Gore Jr. The Duly Elected not yet inaugurated President Of The United States Of America,
and other key witnesses.
George H. W. Bush, George W. Bush, Richard Cheney, Ted L. Gunderson, Sandy Berger, Raphael Aton, Answar Ben Shari, Condelizze Rice and others are further plotting to cause terrorist acts inside The United States of America to further their facade, to further their World wide dominance and Illegal aggression against other Countries for Oil, and control of those countries natural resources.
They’re New World Order, in order to declare martial law to suspend the Presidential Elections in November 2004.
Further evidence indicates Treason against The United States Of America, Treason committed by Former National Security Advisor Sandy Berger and Current National Security Advisor Condolizze Rice, George W. Bush, Richard Cheney and others unnamed, gave the Nuclear Football Codes to Raphael Aton a know Terrorist Mossad agent who works for Ansawr Ben Shari of Israel. Shari is known as the Head of The Council of 13-Knights Templar, Shari runs The Church of Satan World Wide. Terrorist Mossad agent Raphael Anton who operates meth labs and is involved with illegal narcotics activities inside the United States of America.
This espionage and treason has occurred at the highest level of Government. The White House and Nation Security Agency for personal gain..
Therefore this is reason for and to convey an immediate Grand Jury to hear these allegations, and the testimony of key witnesses.
Further evidence will show that CIA Ted L. Gunderson was involved in espionage and treason activity against The United States Of America involving his activities with Terrorist Osman Bin Laden,
involving 9-11 and 28 USC 1331 Violations of The Barkley Cole Indenture Act, Treason and Sedition against The United States Of America. (See: www.stewwebb.com Breaking News Some Documents there).
Further evidence that George W. Bush, George H. W. Bush and others Co-conspired to committed murders of 3,000 plus Citizens of New York State, USA, who were killed in the September 11, 2001 New York Bombing and Air Plane attack on the World Trade Center Towers.
That Evidence was submitted to The 9-11 Commission by Former Vice President Albert Gore Jr. 9-11 Commissioners Jamie Gorlick, and others which Obstructed Justice and who had been bribed and paid off to obstruct Justice.
That Insider trading occurred prior to 9-11 involving Carlyle Group (Bushes-Millman), Carousel Group (Clinton‘s), The Holy Land Foundation/Trust (Osman Bin Laden) involving Airlines and Insurance Companies that were financially effected by the Terrorist Act.
That Bushes, Clinton’s, Millman’s, Osman Bin Laden and others benefited financially from insider trading in September 2001 prior to the Sept 11, 2001 attack on the World Trade Center Towers in New York, USA.

COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, Stewart A. Webb, pro se, and moves the District Court to enter orders directing the Federal Grand Jurors to hear allegations and testimony of the Plaintiff and others, (in secret) concerning the above named and Yet unnamed Defendants and their participation in a Continuous Criminal Enterprises, Racketeering Influence Corruption Organization (RICO), Obstruction of Justice, (under color and cover of law) Narcotics trafficking into the United States of America, Racketeering and Conspiracy to defraud the People of the United States of America. Treason, Sedition, Espionage Activities, Economic Plunder against The United States Of America.
Plaintiff wishes to notice the Court and that it would be a MISPRISION OF FELONY under 18 USC 4 to fail to disclose felonious acts that have been witnessed by or that have come to the attention of the Plaintiff. Plaintiff and others are also aware that Treason and Sedition against the United States of America and its People have been committed by the above named and unnamed defendants and Co-Conspirators.

Plaintiff wishes to bring forth evidence to the Federal Grand Jury concerning crimes, which have been committed against the United States of America and its People. Plaintiff will show through evidence and testimony that various felonious acts including Perjury to arrest Plaintiff,
Theft through Government Contract Fraud, HUD Fraud, FDIC Fraud, Attempted Murder of Plaintiff, Attempted Murder of Plaintiffs Daughter, Murder, Intimidation, False Imprisonment to Silence A Federal Whistleblower/Informant, Perjury,
Malicious Prosecution of Plaintiff, High Treason, Obstruction of Justice, Bribes paid to obstruct justice, Narcotics Trafficking, Money Laundering, Real Estate Loan Fraud, Securities Fraud, Oil and Gas Fraud, Savings and Loan Fraud, Blackmail of US Congressman and Senators and other public officials, extortion, attempted extortion, attempted murder, murder and the cover up there of, intimidation of witness, false arrests and imprisonment of plaintiff and witness of Plaintiff, have been committed by Defendants, both named and unnamed.
