A secret French/U.S. National Intelligence team has now fingered Yassin al-Qadi
(also spelled Yassin Al-Kadi) as a major handler of the alleged teenage Toronto,
Canada terrorists. September 11th equals 666.
B.M.I. Foundation, New Jersey, a major Islamic Foundation, was used as the piggy bank in the contract with the Pentagon and Petch Software. B.M.I. has major ties to the Israeli Mossad, Zim Corp. Dubai Port West and the noted 9/11 Urban Moving Systems. Yes, folks a lot of action happens in New Jersey.
It can now be reported that Qadi's financial strings have been traced to the Bank of England and his British MI-6 handler, Sir Richard Dearlove.
The alleged teenage Toronto Terrorist cell was scripted and financed by the Bank of England and it's subsidiary, Her Majesty's Royal Bank of Canada.
The financials involving the British-Israeli Toronto Plan were drawn up at the Prince Hotel in Toronto in March 2006. Yes the financial links connect B.M.I., New Jersey, with a direct tie-in to Petch Software now renamed Go Agile and British Intelligence.
The financial dots further connect the alleged Toronto Internet bombers to the London, England subway bombing (July 7, 2005) a.k.a. the Bank of England and Her Majesty's Royal Rank of Canada - Toronto Branch.

Yassin al-Qadi (also spelled Yassin Al-Kadi) was listed as early as 1995 as a
major worldwide terrorist threat but was still allowed by the Bush-Clinton
criminal cabal to negotiate directly with the U.S. Government and the Pentagon
the terms and conditions for the installation of Petch Software.
Note: This software
system a.k.a. Petch, ordered a U.S. military stand-down on 9/11/01, while the
U.S. Justice Dept. and the U.S.-Canadian 'Red-Blue' war games suddenly turned
from a mock drill to the real thing. Petch shutdown NORAD.

It should also be
noted that the software system that protects Toronto Canada is Petch.
Note: Yassin al-Qadi, who is also linked to Khaled Ben Mahfouz helped engineer
major funding of Islamic fighters in the war in Bosnia in 1998. Both Al-Qadi and
Malfouz are major investors in the Bush-John Major oil narcotics front, The
Carlyle Group.
P.S. - It was duly
elected U.S. President Albert Gore Jr. along with Richard Clarke who tried to
have Osama Bin Laden arrested or eliminated in 1998, but the project was halted
by Slick Willy & Hillary Republican-in-the-closet Clinton-Rodenhurst, when
they decided they did not want to interfere with the Osama Bin Laden-Saudi
hunting trip.
